It is often the transitions in life that bring one to seek coaching – finding yourself in a time of life when something is changing. It can be a new job, a new child or an empty-nest, illness or great joy in a new-found opportunity. My goal in transformational coaching is to assist you in having a transformative experience during your time of passage.
In theater, the word transformation is used to describe a nearly miraculous change in stage setting and that is what I seek for my clients. Transitions happen. It is how we seek to be transformed by them that defines our character and allow ourselves to impact the world around us.
As a Certified Coach Practitioner (CCP) and a member of the International Coach Federation I am committed to the core competencies of quality coaching and strive to ensure each and every client has a truly transformative experience during our time together, no matter how limited. I provide coaching on a 1:1 basis and during 2014, I am piloting providing coaching in small groups for those who want to benefit from and share with others in a transition similar to their own.
My coaching clients include medical residents seeking clarity about their next steps, college graduates evaluating initial job offers, small business owners creating strategic plans and many health care senior leaders and physicians. I have a special interest in working with men and women who are transitioning into, within or out of the workplace.
