…and Danish too

Really, we are just two people and one dog and the dog is on a diet – and now we have 2 boxes of lovely homemade Danish rolls.  No boring fillings either…pluot, pear with cinnamon ginger sugar and prune with nutmeg. 

And the best part – the man who comes in the door with these boxes is the happiest I’ve seen him in years.  He is challenged and creative and darn good at this. 

ROI for the first 3 weeks of culinary school = priceless.
